Can not Ping New Router

This is a fresh out of the box config (with the exception of the IP set up) and I can not ping the internet from within Winbox. I have went through and tested firewall rules with no result. Is there something in my config that is not correct?

You’ve given a static IP to the WAN interface but no route to it. Add something like this:

/ip/route/add gateway=sfp-sfpplus1

You should also remove sfp-sfpplus1 from the bridge, not merely disable it.

Thank you for the reply I am a total newb to Networking I am just trying to help a Non-Profit get set up and doing this pro-bono so any help is greatly appreciated!
I am a bit confused and to be honest a bit overwhelmed. I made all kinds of changes and decided to start from scratch. I reset the router without a default config and followed these instructions First Time Configuration - RouterOS - MikroTik Documentation
and this is the info from the ISP Link IP Address: 50.207.232.64/29
Gateway: 50.207.232.65
Layer 3 IP: 50.207.232.66 - 50.207.232.70
Layer 3 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.248

Questions, Which address should I be using .64 or .66? Only the .64 address allows me to use the .248 subnet. This is the current export,

Please, please, reboot your router WITH default configuration. Your firewall rules are non-existent. Also you are publishing your Public IP address online…

As your ISP sent you, your network is 50.207.232.64/29, gateway is 50.207.232.65 and you can use addresses from 50.207.232.66 to .70. .71 is broadcast address.

Also what is this ??
