can not run netinstall under ubuntu 14.04

dear all,

i try to run netinstall under ubuntu with the following command

gksudo ./netinstall.exe

and than the errors / warning

i just do the following :

sudo apt-get remove gksu
sudo apt-get install gksu

and the result are :
