can not upgrade my RB450G to 5.x : disk is too small

I have more than 50 sets of RB450G. All of them are working stable over 1 years.
Recently, I use netinstall to upgraded RouterOS from 4.17 to 5.14.
Most of them are working properly as usual, but one is crashed.
I always got an error messge “disk is too small” in the installation stage.
After many times fail, I gave up, through netinstall, I can reinstall this RB450G
downgrade to 4.17. It works properly with 4.17 once again.
I check the free space = 477.8MB, bad block=8 and license upgradable to v6.x.
Can someone tell me what’s wrong with this RB450G?

ps. both firmware 2.29 and 2.39 got the same error

i must say it is nice and informative share good to know that

what you see in

 /system resources

and i did not understand, you re-installed it using netinstall tool?

can you install 5.14 on the board using netinstall?

Yes, after upgrade 5.14 fail, I use netinstall to install 4.17, it is OK.
I did use netinstall to install 5.14, but it’s always show ERROR: installation of system-5.14 failed: disk is too small.

what happens if you put the npk files into the router under files and reboot?

Get the same error as using netinstall.

Do a supout.rif and send it to Mikrotik.

I tried to send supout.rif to Mikrotik support, but always got the message “Invalid supout.rif file.”
But the same supout.rif file can be uploaded by Mikrotik supout.rif reader page and looked normally.
