I have a Mikrotik router I received from a coworker which I am having trouble configuring. To my knowledge I am not doing anything fancy, I have a very typical home network setup.
Currently it is Wall (DSL) → Windstream Router/Modem in bridge mode → Mikrotik router → Windows desktop. I will setup wireless after I get a wired connection working.
In it’s current state, it is working for some sites but not all. Everything seems accessible when pinged from the router. Occasionally I cannot connect to the router via IP and have to use Winbox via it’s mac address, rebooting the router sporadically fixes this.
Here are some current examples, although the list seems to change if I restart the router:
From my desktop:

Some things I have tried:
I have a NAT masquerade rule setup on pppoe-out1
MTU has been changed from 1500 to 1300
