i am using mt version 3.7 running on hotspot
but whenever i generate ticket on my userman and try to log in from the work station it keep saying radius server not responding
of which i enable the radius client before installig the userman .



please can someome help out???

Make sure you have used correct configuration for the HotSpot,

or when HotSpot is configured on the same router with User Manager,
