Can someone routing for me (Ready to pay money)

I have installed mikrotik but I dont know how to use console etc.
I need to make network settings.
I have installed vmware Esxi 5.5.0
and I have a single ip + subnets.
I wanna connect them .. Can someone do for me who is know vmware and mikrotik,?
