Can`t login to usermanager, need help!

Hello

I was running UM 4 beta 2.
Now I have upgraded to UM 4 test 2.

The upgrade did`nt go well.
No users were visible after update etc.
So I deleted UM DB and log, and installed it from scratch.
Added routers, users etc.

Now suddenly I cant log in with my admin account…
I checked the password in terminal, and it is correct.
I also tried to change the password, but still can`t log in.

Now I really need some good tips here!

Please, I need some help here.
I have tried everything.

When I check the password in terminal I can see that it is correct.
But still when trying to log on to the web interface i get “invalid username or password”.
I also tried adding a customer from terminal, setting password etc.
But I get the same message when trying to login with this new customer.

I really want to get this working again, please, what can I do?

Create a text export of your configuration via “/export” but leave out all the User Manager parts. Use Netinstall to re-install RouterOS and apply the configuration, and start the User Manager configuration from scratch.

Thank you.
I will use that as a last resort.

Anyone else had this happened, and solved it?

Please, anybody got some tips here?
Really desperate

It will be so much configuring do do again :frowning:

I found the problem.

When logging in I used to use http://192.168.168.1/usermanager
Now I tried http://192.168.168.1/userman and it worked again.

A bug?

I must say, I bought a bunch (400+) of routerboards and licenses, but the support is not impressive :frowning:

Opening http(s)://router/userman will give you the CUSTOMER page

Opening http(s)://router/userXXXXXX (whatever that is not “userman”, including “usermanager”) will give you the USER page

If you like, we could make it display a 404 error page in case wrong link was written.
