Can I upgrade from Version 3.0 to MikroTik RouterOS version 4.0beta2 released! Will there be any problem?

you can try. if you don’t like it, you can downgrade back. just FTP new packages and reboot

Are all the bug fixes fixed in the 4.0b2 which were in the 3.x ?
