I want a tunnel protocol supported by RouterOS / Mikrotik devices that has the LEAST overhead that creates a full Layer-2 experience with bridge and vlan capabilities. I also want it to be supported by Bonding so I can bond multiple of these tunnels for higher speeds. I do not need any encryption. Is VPLS my best choice or EoIP or any other?
I also might like to have Monitoring support so I can monitor all the bonded links so if this protocol that you suggest is supported for monitoring then that is a bonus.
