Can you help me please (PPPOE remote address problem)

Good morning…
I have a Mikrotik based wireless network that covers about 35 buildings with more than a 600 users, each building have it’s own router (Mikrotik 433) that users can connect using PPPoE and each router is already connected to the main router which is actually (Mikrotik 1100 AH) and it is configured as PPPoE server. I already assigned a remote address for each router in secrets of the PPPoE server and everything was working fine but lately i have a problem that some of the routers that have a specific remote address can not connect to internet even though the NAT is configured on the peripheral router. and when i remove the remote address the main router assign an already taken IP of another router and make IP conflict in network i tried to reset the router and reconfigure several times, i tried to change the router but the problem is the same and it is getting worse day by day… can anyone help me please
by the way i already have an MTCNA in Mikrotik so i will be appreciated for any help that you can provide for me thanks a lot.

1- is this proplem happens all the time ?
2- you sure of your clients ?..the proplem may be from your clients but not from you
3- bad connections may cause this proplem

this problem happen from time to time and happens among different routers take several days and suddenly it’s work fine like nothing happen.. it is unreasonable problem cause when i remove the remote address the main router give an automatic address already taken by another router.. something like this should not happen..
i thought this problem should be from users i tried to disconnect all the users from malfunctioned router and the problem still the same.

about the wireless link between the buildings i use Nstream technology with super channel and i make bandwidth test from time to time and check the ping between the nodes and everything is working perfect..
