i have 8 compter
my spead ADSL = 2048 KB
one computer speed i want enter it = 2048\8 = 256 KB
i want enter the speed in one computer 256 not more
Your setup will be like this
ADSL–>MIKROTIK–> Local LAN
on mikrotik LAN you assign IP Pool from you can give IP address to your 8 machine. and configure PCQ for each machine.

the way of distribution is to give each machine a maximum internet speed 256 KB/s
PCQ=Per Computer Queue.
This configuration solve your problem. It will Equally Give 256 Kbps to all your 8 machine
