cannot access forwarded services from my lan using the static ip

dear all
i am trying to access the public ip of the company to reach the NVR. i can access it from 4G mobile but if i connect my phone to the LAN and access the NVR i cannot reach it.
what should i do to be able to reach my static ip from the LAN ??
