Good day,
For the past 12 hours we have been unable to access anything at mikrotik.com over IPV4, V6 works just fine.
Before you say its MTU or DNS please take a look at this traceroute.
[CWN@CWN-BGP1-TeracoJHB] > tool traceroute src-address=102.164.1.0 address=159.148.172.226

As you can see when using an IP from our public block we cannot get through to mikrotik or ASN:51894 over IPV4
Is anyone able to help or give advice on this matter?
Is it possible that my ip block was blacklisted at Mikrotik?
I have also sent mail to the noc of SIA Latnet
