All I did was I was exploring new options in the interface off the router , when I clicked the option in IP>Firewall>NAT>Add New
the moment I clicked this option I was directed to the screen where we enter username and password to login.
There it says router is disconnected. After that when I try to log back in it won’t show the web interface of the router…!!!
Right, need a direct cable connection to netinstall. Seems you are not using winbox but webfig? Try winbox and connect by mac address or try to Mac telnet from some other neighbouring device. Then you can check configuration and correct what is wrong. If you have no remote access option then you have to visit the device physically to reset or netinstall.
