Cannot access router after installing RouterOS 6.47.7

I’ve installed RouterOS 6.47.7, and now I cannot access the rooter neither from WinBox, nor from Netinstall. The Network Connections shows Unidentified network.
The device is hAP lite RB941.

How can I return it back in service?

First, try to reset the configuration to defaults using the reset button right after power up

After some woodoo dances I’ve connected to the device via netinstall.
