Cannot access the internet after powerout

I did some engineering, today and pulled out the circuit breaker on which the router and switches, wifi AP etc. are connected.
After I reconnected the router, all stuff within the LAN worked find. however, I could not get access to the internet, although the Mikrotik router got a DHCP lease that looks just fine, however it did not update the system time.
I set the router back to factory settings and internet was there ,again.
So I did some basic configuration like defining the IP range for DHCP server, setting the router IP to 192.168.1.1 instead of 192.168.88.1 etc.
No fiddling with the firewall or NAT
Then, I needed to cut the power, again. I shut down the router, properly, this time.
It booted back up and same story, again. This time, also a factory reset did not help :-/
Is the routher broken? There is nothing suspicious in the log. When I look to the connections table in the firewall, I see a lot of requests going to 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4, but nothing else.
The automatic DNS from the DHCP are listed in the “DNS” section.
Any ideas? I also have no clue where to look, if the firewall is blocking something (but I did not touch it) etc..
