You just physically don’t have the connection to your MikroTik.
Did you try connect to it using MAC Address? 
Which is your laptop’s IP?
Can you do ping from CMD to that IP?
Which is mikrotik’s IP 88 or 100?
..on Mikrotik router, try another ethernet port… (eth2 instead of eth1…)

make sure you are connecting from the LAN side (ports 2…). The first port is firewalled.
