Cannot access to device under same Mikrotik but Different Router

Hello Below is my network configuration

MotherROuter :> Mikrotik RB3011ui (IP range 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.254)

Sub ROuter : Cisco RW110 (IP range 192.168.10.1-192.168.10.254)

what Im trying to do is ping 192.168.10.7 from 192.168.1.3 . vice versa , Im getting request timedout everytime.

I didnt setup any vlan in router just configured IP range in cisco router with starting 192.168.10.1 . How to fix the issue of connecting device from either IP ?
