I cannot configure remote VPN user connections to use the Web application in the office.
The router MikroTik RB951G- 2HnD firmware 6.45.7. (Old broke, had to buy new)
When remote users (Windows Client) connected (at a white address) to the router (192.168.0.100), the VPN server on which the application was accessed is configured.

But after replacing the router with the new firmware, it will not connect remotely to the VPN server.

Before doing that, my fast bet is that you don’t have any port value set for the PPTP firewall helper, so ip firewall service-port set pptp ports=1701 might resolve your issue.

PPTP port is not 1701 
Also NAT helpers are used in case the router is behind NAT, how do you know that in this case the router is behind NAT ?
