Cannot connect on router

Hello folks,

I’m new here in this forum and I’m really glad.
I am having maybe a basic issue but since I’m new customer in using these MikroTik routers I didn’t find the way to connect to my model RBwAP2nD.

I used WinBox and 192.168.88.1 via browser but still cannot login inside the router.
I was having some issues with the network and trying to set the channel and suddenly I am not even able to connect on router.

Tried to find solutions from this forum but none of them worked for me.
Any suggestions please?

Plug ethernet cable directly and use mac address to connect in. Make reset at worst.

I already did that things. I am not able to connect with cable and also I had reset the router.
Nothing changed. :frowning:

Reset works always. The device should behave like new out of the box. Are you sure the reset was really done? If no go, the netinstall is the last option before the rma.

I am holding the reset button on the router and still nothing changed.
How much long should I keep the button pushed? I was holding about 10-20 seconds.

edit> And also on the browser I am not receiving the login page. “The page cannot be displayed”

Finally I had entered my router with netInstall.
