Cannot connect to Parsec

Hi

I have a Mikrotik LHGG LTE6 aerial router that I use with a Vodafone data sim. I have recently purchased a subscription to Parsec which was recommended for accessing a VPN I am using. I had connectivity issues from day 1 but managed to connect after connecting and disconnecting the power supply to the router half a dozen times. Now I cannot connect at all ( to either the app or the website).

I have been in touch with Parsec support. Their response:

But if parsec.app is wholly unreachable, you have an internet issue you need to resolve as you can't reach Cloudflare

  1. Parsec tries to connect in both directions, brokered by our backend. If you can make a connection in one direction with some other p2p tool like iperf3, Parsec should work

  2. And if iperf3 doesn't work in either direction, there's a slim chance Parsec might still work, but if not then... Well, you'll have to fix your internet somehow

I have Winbox (64bit) v3.41. Are there perhaps some configurations I have to make in Winbox to facilitate the connection with Parsec?
