When I install a fresh copy of Dude, everything seems OK.
But when I import network map form backup, Dude stops and is then unable to connect to the local server, repeats connect and disconnect over and over and takes almost 100% of processor’s time.
But yesterday it magically worked, today not.
Is there any solution?

I also have this, made a backup, installed fresh, and cannot import the exported backup.

Just informational, all of the Dude servers that I updated (6 different ones) from v2.2 to v3b6 did this after install. The more detailed the map, the longer it was stuck in the Connect->Disconnect phase. However, it eventually connected and worked fine from that point. I’m not sure if the server was busy doing some conversion from the old config to the new, and it just took a while before it would accept client connections, but I haven’t found any problems yet.
