CANNOT GET GROOVE TO GENERATE IP ADDRESS

New to this forum and at my wits end troubleshooting alone.

Our Groove 52HPN will not generate an IP Address. Please assist.

I’ve downloaded and opened WinBox for MacBook and accessed the Groove via an Ethernet cable. I consistently see a MAC Address, but the IP Address remains blank (0.0.0.0). I’ve done a hard reset of the Groove several times, but still no IP address.

When I try to connect to the Groove in WinBox via the MAC Address, I get a red ERROR message saying cannot connect to the MAC Address that I’ve highlighted and tried to connect to.

Background: This Groove is used on a sailboat, and it has worked well for several years, and it was working normally until 3 days ago. I was trying to connect to a marina WiFi and, in fact, was connected. However, the AP’s username/password page would not open, and in trying to remedy this I brazenly ticked a box in the uppermost right corner of the QuickSet page. The QuickSet page immediately went blank and I’ve been unable to connect the Groove to WiFi ever since.

I’ll appreciate any and all assistance restoring our connectivity. Thanks.

Please reset the device to factory settings, then check if you can connect using the MAC address.
