Cannot import ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 SSH key

Hi,

I’m running multiple routers with v7.15.1 and I’m not able to import a ecdsa-sha2-nistp256 type public SSH key.

It’s interesting that there’s no error - doing that via WinBox, Import SSH Key window just hangs upon selecting the key and clicking Import SSH Key. Trying do do the same via the terminal, the import command hangs and after some time it shows “action timed out - try again, if error continues contact MikroTik support and set a supout file (13)”.

The key itself is OK, as I’m using it for a number of Linux servers as well as GitHub and GitLab.

ROS ssh server documentation (https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/SSH) says that supported SSH key types are RSA and ED25519 .

It is indeed very awkward that ssh key importer doesn’t gracefully fail upon stumbling on unsupported key type, but it is what it is.
