Cannot login or do anything to my mikrotik 951G-2hnd.

After i press reset and check on no configuration set for the option. After reboot, i cannot get any ip address from router even connect to any port on the router. Also even i set manual ip address also cannot. Please help on that. Thanks.

connect winbox through mac address and not ip.
You router has no config
