hi,
i can login to my mikrotik with winbox,but webbox keeps asking me username/password.
if i enter a wrong password, it displays an error message,that user/pass is wrong, but if i enter correct values,it just asks forever.
i installed dude on it,and also noticed that, i cannot connect to dude server too,using dude client.
It is not possible to login to the Dude, unless you run Dude client on Windows machine.
Do you have 3.24 RouterOS version ?
i installed dude.npk on routeros 3.24, and dude-installer.exe on windows.
i open windows program, disconnect from local server, point it to the remote server, it displays error: incorrect user/pass
which is not incorrect.
also, http://mikrotik_ip/dude keeps asking username/password forever.
cannot login there too.

did you use “admin” with no password? note that the Dude user is NOT the same as RouterOS user.
