Cannot make import the Dude into RB

Hello guys.

Recently I`ve installed the Dude in my PowerRouter 732. But I can not upload the dude that was not in Windows Server.

Error: status: enabling back after import: vacuuming after page size change

Too few information. Are you able to import the database successfully elsewhere? What versions are involved? How is the dude storage formatted? Is it fast enough?

I use the 6.39.1

How is the dude storage formatted?

I use exFat external Hd format (80GB).

Try to netinstall the problematic device and reformat the dude storage disk. It is general suggestion and might not help at worst…

Is it possible to import the backup of the dude that is in windows for rb dude?

Yes. I did it several times.
Maybe you can stop the dude, copy the files directly instead importing and start the dude again.

The backup is done but in the Dude Cliente show the message: status: applying settings: enabling: vacuuming after page size change
