Maybe bad number of COM port?
no bad number this right
When you connect, are you entering anything? Mine comes up just like that, and I type “admin” and enter at the prompt. Then it prompts for the password.
at least, hit enter a few times
Can you see bootloader while rb starts?
no I cannot see boot loader and any think
and I can not connect to rb no show any think
I not use sireal com to usb iam use disktop
I cannot cannect
I cannot connect
Try to use other cable. Maybe you have other rb to check it?
I go with HaPe on this one. Insure that cable is a null modem cable. All my Routerboards use that. Last I checked, a gender changer won’t work. Just checking everything I can remember. Here is an example.

no my cable worked
3 wire in this cable
no my cable worked
Worked on what?
my cable work but my rb may be not work or iam not know use program net instal
If you are certain the cable is good, then the RB1000 serial port is bricked. ![]()

Why the surprise? If the computer serial port is good and the cable is a good null modem cable, what else is there to fail?
Once again, are you certain that is a null modem cable? If you have a voltmeter, check the resistance of the rx and tx lines. The rx should be connected to the tx on the other connector. If the rx is connected to the rx on the other connector, it is not a null modem cable.
your all settings are ok in putty, just try with Flow Control : XON/XOFF
