Cannot reset the firmware after upgrading to 7.0 beta version

Hi Team,
I am new to this mikrotik router.

I upgraded the router OS to 7.0 development version for a openvpn udp support.
but after that I am unable to login to my mikrotik router via winbox.

I am even not able to factory reset my mikrotik.
Please help me with below queries..
1.How to factory reset my mikrotik..? (which i have previously done successfully many times before the up-gradation to 7.0 development version)
2.Will my mikrotik support openvpn udp client support if upgraded to 7.0 version

Hi,

Check your Winbox version. To connect to RouterOS v7beta5 you need Winbox v3.21 or higher.

You can still try other protocols like HTTP, SSH, …

The factory default should be pressing the reset button for a total of 5 second until LED light start flashing.
