Cannot upgrade CCR1036 from 6.38.5 to 6.39.2

Hi all,

I have a problem with a CCR1036-8G-2S+ running RouterOs 6.38.5 and bios firmware 3.33.
I perform system → packages → Check for updates
It correctly find new stable version available (6.39.2). I download it succesfully.

Now I have the file on the disk:

Then, I do a “system reboot”.

The CCR reboots but the version remains 6.38.5.
The log only shows “router rebooted” as the first line. No errors.
npk file is still present.

Does anybody have any suggestion?
