Cannot upgrade v6.42.3 to v6.45.3

This is the first time I am seeing this. I must have checked that Files section doesn’t have any packages listed, then download and install, reboot and I am still in the old version.
No errors in logs.

I am not sure how to proceed. Can anyone give me any hints?

There is no version 6.45.3.
