Cann't connect to Mikrotik hEX RB750Gr3

Hello,

I just bought Mikrotik hEX RB750Gr3 and try to configure it but can not connect to it from my PC (Windows 7).
I powered up the router, and plugged ethernet cable from my PC to LAN port #2, no other connections. I tried to access the router from my browser through URL 192.168.88.1 (as it was mentioned in set up guide), but I get timeout. I downloaded Winbox and was able to access the router using MAC address, but still unable to do it through the browser. What is the problem?

Maybe winbox is turned off. I would update it from winbox, then rest configuration to default to make sure that your firewall and everything are configured correctly.
