cannt use FTP to transfer file to Mikrotik RB750

:frowning: I try to upload some of my file to the RB750 using FileZilla (FTP application). I also was enable ftp from my RB750 (IP>Servies>enable FTP:0.0.0.0/0). Can someone help me how can i transfer my file to the RB750

this error from my FileZilla (FTP application):

Status: Connecting to 192.168.88.1:24…
Status: Connection attempt failed with “ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server”.
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry…

anybody can help me??

Check /ip firewall filter rules for chain=input (make sure traffic is not dropped there, disable drop rule).
Check free space available on the RB750 at /system resource.

space is okay : 45% free

i try turn from “drop” to “accept”, at IP>Firewall> #14 default configuration. Try to FTP at 192.168.88.1 port 21, but still cant.. any other options?

check if your Windows computer doesn’t have antivirus or firewall enabled. Quick googling of your Filezilla error shows those as the most common cause for this problem
