cant able to reset RB133c by jumper setting.

hello,

i forgot the password of one of my RB 133c i wanna rest it, i just short the jumpers as mentioned but it cant reset..

how to do it…? is shorting reset jumper really reset RB133c or the jumper is just there merely as a showpiece.
