can't access AP's GUI interface connected behind mikrotik via a switch

dears,
i have AP’s connected to-----> switches --------> mikrotik router interfaces (all interfaces are bridged to OUT interface )
the problem is i can’t access the AP’s GUI interface unless i am connected in the same interface .

the AP’s ip’s have been assigned statically in the AP GUI interface

AP’s subnet is 10.0.0.0-10.0.0.254\16
clients ip pool is 10.0.1.2-10.0.255.254\16

any idea please…
