Hi Guys, I have problem with access this switch. Winbox find it, but web page never loads. I did manual reset as indicate here

but I haven’t luck. Firmware of SwOs is 2.10. I have to RMA it?
Is the switch and your computer on the same IP subnet?
Check your DHCP server and see if the switch got an IP address from the DHCP server. If not, a factory new switch should be 192.168.88.1. Make sure your computer is on the same subnet.
Other option is to directly connect a computer to the switch with NO other devices connected. That way you KNOW that there is no DHCP server. Set the IP on your computer to some 192.168.88,nnn address (other than 1). See if you can connect to the switch with a 192.168.88.1 address.
