Can't access router after upgrade

I’ve a RB411AH and upgraded it to v6.48.3 directly via Winbox, configured a PPTP server and DNS server and after that I can’t access it.
tried many times and restarted it, when I got access to it, I’ve reset the configuration and ticked “no default configuration” but now I can’t access it even when I connect my PC to it directly via RJ45.
How to fix it and what’s latest firmware for RB411AH if 6.48.3 isn’t supporting ?

Use netinstall to restore device. 6.48.3 work.

But consider is the time to change one device made on 2013, 8 years ago…

I did a hard reset and then connected to device, downgraded to 6.45.9 and everything is good. I think that 6.48.3 isn't compatible with RB411AH.
Also tried with netinstall but it didn't find device.

At least try last long-term 6.47.10,
I have some RB433AH that have this and works, the 411 have same chips of 433, only less ethernet.
