Can't access router board from winbox

Please help, my mikrotik router board was up and running, after I re-install Windows 7, now can’t access it,

When running winbox and click on(…) nothing shows up, is there a Windows 7 setting that might block the link? Using lan cable with poe

Have you tried to disable your windows firewall and see if it works? If it does you have to add winbox to the windows firewall, don’t forget to turn it on again after the test.

If you have more than one network card disable the others, especially if you use VmWare or other which create virtual cards.
