Can't Access specific site

Hello everyone,
I’ve an issue, one only site can’t access it through my mikrotik router CCR1009-8G-1S,
this site “https://muqeem.sa/” or “https://muqeem.sa/#/login” when I try to access it comes the following message:-
(This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.
Try: Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I tried to stop all my firewall role unfortunately the same problem really i got tired
I appreciate each one try to solve this problem

It doesn’t work for me either. So it is likely that this particular site has problems.

this site working through another router except Mikrotik

Does not work for me. Testing from Europe/Belgium.
“Refused to connect” . Really, that website or its infra is either having a problem or actively denying access.

It may be that this site only allows connections from specific networks (using some whitelist) and that it happens to allow connections from the other internet connection you tried, but not from the one where you have the MikroTik router.
It does not work here either. Also not from another location where there is no MikroTik router!
