Can't access to my RB450G & can't find the MAC Address.

Hello,
Dear all.
I bought a RB450G and when i try to access to by winbox the MAC add. not appear, even i can not getting the “peep” sound. when i swatch ON I am sure the cable is fine and correct, and every thing fine. coz i have other one RB450G and working good, so is there any way to access to my RB450G and reset it to factory setting? by serial cable? and which program i have to use?
I just need to know if my RB450G will work or not.

Hi There..
You just get usb to serial cable for brand new laptop that don’t have serial port if you have old laptop then old serial cable should be fine and windows xp with hyperterminal :slight_smile:.One more .. if MAC address can’t detect.. just key in manually should work.
