Yesterday the device was working fine but suddenly it was blocked and in the winbox it is shown with ip 0.0.0.0 and the funny thing is that with the name that I had assigned it S9+, so I do not think it was a reset maybe a hang, what do you believe ¿?
I try to access using the app Winbox via MAC and I get an error, deactivate all network adapters except the LAN and nothing.
The device has a problem with the manual reset does not work.
