can't backup UM database

Hi there…using UM 5.6.
I’m having trouble backing up my UM database rsc file. The MikroTik won’t let me into the UM GUI to backup the database. It also won’t let me into a terminal as its running at 100% CPU. I cannot get it to reduce the CPU load at all. A reboot doesn’t work either.
I can work with it using WinBox but some items won’t process within there either (such as opening a terminal within Winbox). Is there some other way to grab my user database so I can put it onto a replacement box?

I should mention I’m using an RB433.
I’ve taken all traffic off the box to ease up on the CPU load but still can’t get into the UM. The box is not local to me and I can only access it remotely.
