can't browsing until mikrotik is reboot

hi, i’m beginner with mikrotik and i have some issue with my office mikrotik here that i need solution

like i said the subject, sometime we can’t go browsing but other connection is fine like yahoo messenger or outlook or other application that use internet until i reboot the mikrotik than we can browsing again but sometime we can’t again.

i really need help here, thanks

no sir, we use static ip address, DNS, user Hotspot management bandwith, and some firewall + NAT

yesterday when the issue has come not only once reboot that can fix the problem, 2-3 times that we can use internet again normally.

i hope i know where is wrong so we can prevent this issue next come

What version of RouterOS ?


There were DNS bugs before 5.22

sorry about that, we know use RouterBoard 2011LS and before that we use RB750

so what should i do?

Also I would suggest upgrading to RouterOS 5.22 or newer, it sounds like the DNS bug :slight_smile:
