Can't change Contry and Frequency Domain mAP Lite

Hi, I have brand new mAP Lite (RBmAPL-2nD). In wlan1 advanced mode, I can’t change Frequency Mode and Country. Are the frequency mode and country set of this device is locked?
Because I also have another mikrotik router (hAP AC^3 and 951Ui-2HnD), where the wifi frequency mode and country can be set to another options. The IoT device I have requires channel 14 on 2.4 Ghz wifi. Because other channels are already too crowded in my area. How I can change wlan1 frequency mode to superchannel and country to no_country_set for this device ?

It depends on the seller. They might block it, if they only have the right to distribute this unit in one country. You should contact the seller / shop and ask about it.

Adding:
In most counties it can be illegal to use wrong settings on your device.
Best to stick with what is allowed for the location where the device is being used.

The problem can aslo appear if bouyed by Amazon, Ebay or similar from person that sell the device from another country, with own country lock set…

Thank you, I will try to contact the distributor. But I want to ask one more thing, is the wifi frequency range on this mikrotik locked at the firmware level or by hardware design?

both on selected devices

it can be different locks, so better ask the seller. some devices can be unlocked, some - not

I have asked the distributor. They said: “had to comply with local regulations, however, it can still be unlocked with netinstall”. So this problem is solved now.
In my area, frequency 2387 Mhz and below is used, also with 2502 Mhz and upper. So I think it’s safe to use a frequency range between channels 12 and 14. And the transmit power of this device is not that great either, so I don’t think it will interfere with other uses.

Different channel lists exist for Indonesia inside ROS:

Except for the indonesia (without digit suffix) they all limit up to 2472 MHz, which is channel 13. The first one has upper limit of 2482 which is not channel 14 (proper channel 14 center frequency is 2484 MHz) and IMO it would be safe to assume it’s actualy a typo.
Which all means that channel 14 is off limits in Indonesia. If you use it, you may risk some consequences from your friendly local telecomms regulator.
It is also highly probable that quite a few client devices won’t work with channel 14 (AFAIK channel 14 is only really allowed in Japan and only for 802.11b), many client devices figure out their whereabouts (e.g. from the MCC of mobile network they’re using) and only allow using wifi channels permitted in that country.
