I cant successfully connect my RB411(v3.10) in bridge mode, here is my config after I reset them:
For RB411 (A):
IP Add:10.10.1.11(ether1)
Band:5Ghzturbo
Freq:5210mhz
SSID:Beam
Mode:station
Ports:ether1 & wlan1
Power:5dbm
For RB411 (B):
IP Add:10.10.1.12(ether1)
Band:5Ghzturbo
Freq:5210mhz
SSID:Beam
Mode:bridge
Ports:ether1 & wlan1
Power:5dbm
Note:They “register” each other. RSL is -83db, though they are only 2inches apart. When pinging, it times out.
Hi,
First Upgrade ROS and Bootloader to the avaible 5.15 Version
Second reset device, config again, Take a Look in the Log-file
If this have to be a P2P Connection Look here:
http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Transparently_Bridge_two_Networks
If it doent works Test without Turbo Mode
Does the Boards have L3 or L4?

You have IP addresses on the ethernet ports but nothing else?
You need to take the IP address off the ethernet port, create a bridge of the ethernet and wlan port on each unit, then give the bridge the IP address. This will get you farther.
