Can't connect to AP with security

I cannot get the radio to connect to an access point with security enabled (yes I’m putting in the PSK) it connects to open APs no problem. I’m sure there is a setting I am missing on the wireless interface but I’m new to routeros and just not finding it. TIA

in Winbox, please open a terminal session, type

/export hide-sensitive

and post the result here.
