can't connect to broadband router -"equires more rates than w e support "

Hello , I’m using hAP v 6.35.4
trying to connect to my router at office
but I get this error:

ul/04 00:22:52 wireless,debug wlan1: D1:02:63:D0:EC:7D requires more rates than we support 
jul/04 00:22:52 wireless,debug wlan1: no network that satisfies connect-list,  by [size=100]default choose with strongest signal [/size]
jul/04 00:22:52 wireless,debug wlan1: failed to select network 
jul/04 00:22:52 wireless,debug wlan1: delaying scanning

what is this?
the router at the office is working in 20Mhz , no password , 2422
what do I need to change to make it work?
is this a Mikrotik issue?
coudn’t found any information about it

please help …

make sure in wireless settings you select band: 2ghz B/G/N, on data rates tab select Default

the support told me to do this - and now it’s working
strange - I never change this setting …
