Can't connect to CRS226-24G-2S+RM

I’ve been having some issues with my CRS226-24G-2S+RM so tried to perform a factory reset. The router reset but I can’t connect to it to configure now? I’ve tried 192.168.88.1 but it just times out.

Try connecting using the MAC address, if it shows up in Winbox.
Otherwise, use the Console (serial) port.

Now to work out why my bonding isn’t working.
