Can't connect to winbox or webgui from one pc

I have strange trouble 1 pc I can connect to any winbox or gui except one … put that’s one ip I can ping and shared services is working… to that pc i connect from any other pc from the web …

Why so?

Since you can ping the routing should be ok.

Have your tried telnet or ssh?

  1. Please Check Your Firewall and you see in LOG

if mikrotik block an ip you can see in LOG Winbox

Ssh and telnet service is tuned off … so i cant check 80 port NATed web server and it works ok and some other NATed services too … but some with custom port http load only header like it gives some limitation data to load … from other pc it works good … i tried to delete all data at APPS and it wont download it from there … but i can connect to other winbox router and it downloads and opens … Other PC can connect to exact winbox … webface with graphs won’t load too.
