When i try to access to the Router Config by the IP in the browser, appear “Connection Refused” in the screen, how do i enter to the config?
Possible that your browser does not allow un-secured SSL connections. You should be able to bypass it by clicking More → Continue Anyway.
I would recommend using WinBox when configuring the device. Visit https://mikrotik.com/download and download the latest version available.
